Neralba currently ships within Europe, including Italy.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.

 

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to exceptional circumstances.

 

3. Shipping & Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking information.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

 

4. Signature Upon Delivery

For security purposes, Neralba may require signature upon delivery, especially for high-value orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address provided.

 

5. Insured Shipping

Neralba reserves the right to use insured shipping services for selected high-value orders.

This measure is intended to provide additional protection during transit.

 

6. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

Neralba is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Neralba is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

 

8. Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside of Italy, customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs fees required by their country.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact Neralba as soon as possible after delivery or expected delivery date.

We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
